In 2017 we asked fans to tell us how we should customize a Lexus RC. They chose the modifications and we installed them before their very eyes on Facebook Live—for 10 hours straight. In that time the activation boosted engagement 10,000%, pulled in more than 5.3 million Facebook viewers and stimulated more than 8 million impressions. It also won an AdWeek Media Plan of the Year and DigiDay Award for Best Live Moment.
