Shopify is dedicated to building a sustainable future for our planet and our communities. Each year, they release a comprehensive report to align internal and external stakeholders on the key initiatives across Shopify and progress against their sustainability priorities. We partnered with teams across the company to craft a conceptual identity and content guidelines for the 2021 report. My role as the lead content designer included crafting the overall information architecture, content hierarchy, and copy for a brand new landing page to house past and present reports. In addition, I also worked as the principal editor across the .pdf report, editing all drafts, providing feedback, and guiding the teams on Shopify best practices and guidelines.
