​We launched design.visa.com in 2024 with new foundations, accessibility guidance, a unified tone and voice, and a reimagined structure for how teams onboard, adopt, and evolve with the system. Along the way, I’ve created documentation, naming systems, workflows, education materials, and even trained a chatbot on our guidance. This wasn’t just a redesign—it was a full transformation of how Visa builds product experiences at scale.
