Patrón Margarita of the Year

Each year, Patrón invites bartenders from around the world to remix the classic margarita into something uniquely inspired by their hometown. In 2019, we brought this global competition to life across platforms—from the U.S. to key international markets—through content, social media, and digital advertising.

After months of regional competitions, eight finalists advanced to the global stage. Over the course of two months, fans cast more than 4 million votes, and the Dynasty Margarita from Hong Kong was crowned 2019 Margarita of the Year.
